feral-mist provides professional pet grooming and care services in Bradford and surrounding areas. Services are delivered at customer locations through scheduled home visits.

Appointments are subject to availability. Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours. The service is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation.
You may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We will make every effort to arrive at your scheduled appointment time. However, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we anticipate being late.
You agree to provide a suitable space for us to perform grooming services and ensure your pet is available at the scheduled time.
You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, behavioural issues, or sensitivities your pet may have before the appointment. Our services are not a substitute for veterinary care.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we determine that a pet poses a safety risk to our staff or if continuing would be detrimental to the pet's wellbeing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept standard payment methods as communicated during booking confirmation.
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort, grooming services carry inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, injuries resulting from a pet's behaviour, or complications arising from undisclosed health issues.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
